01Opening configurations
Single casement outward or inward, double casement, casement plus fixed, top-hung awning and combination arrangements. Opening direction, sash quantity, size and configuration can be customized.
02Profile & structure
Insulated or laminated glazing, multi-layer EPDM seals, optional thermal break, aluminum profiles, glazing bead and concealed drainage. Detail views include the corner connection, friction stay, locking system and drainage.
03Glass options
Clear, low-iron, tempered, laminated, insulated, Low-E, tinted, frosted, reflective and patterned glass. Glass type, thickness, colour and configuration can be customized according to project requirements.
04Color & finish options
Black, grey, white, bronze, champagne, wood grain and custom RAL colours. Powder coating, PVDF coating, anodized finish and wood grain finish are coordinated with the architectural design.
05Casement hardware options
Casement handle, fork handle, friction stay, concealed hinge, multi-point lock, lock point and striker, limiter/restrictor and optional window operator.
06Drainage system
Concealed drainage channels and weep holes guide rainwater away from the frame. Coordinate the drainage detail with the installation conditions.
07Sealing system
Multiple EPDM sealing layers around the frame and glass support air and water tightness and help reduce wind, rain and noise transmission.
08Screen options
Fixed screen, removable screen and retractable screen. Screen type, mesh material and colour can be customized.
09Hardware & operation detail
Smooth opening, stable friction stays, multi-point locking and safety limiters are coordinated for the selected opening.
10Performance & applications
Thermal insulation, sound insulation, water tightness, air tightness, wind resistance, security and weather resistance. Performance specifications depend on the selected system configuration and project requirements.
